For almost any flooring installation job, a great rule of thumb for estimating your labour cost is to price match it with the cost of materials. It will normally be fairly close to the price of your material cost. Although many projects can be specific and differ from a normal job so this is rule is not written in stone.
At this time we are not including restaining of major hardwood floor areas in our services without the deposit and rental of flooring sanders to be provided by home owner or client.
